Notice to our membership is hereby given for the Annual General Meeting of the ShortHills Cycling Club.

Date: Sunday, January 22, 2012
Time: 1:00 pm until 3:00 pm
Location: St. John's Outdoor Studies Centre, 2984 Holland Road, Fonthill, Ontario

This meeting is for the following purposes:

1. To receive a report from the Executives for the year 2011.
2. To receive a Club final financial report for the year 2011.
3. To elect the following executive positions within the ShortHills Cycling Club: President, Vice President, Treasurer and Secretary.
4. To receive a report on the proposed annual Club operational budget for the year 2012.
5. To table and vote on any amendments and or revisions to the ShortHills Cycling Club Bylaws, Operational Guidelines and or Rules.
6. To receive an update and status report from all ShortHills Cycling Club sub-committees.

All proposed amendments to ShortHills Cycling Club Bylaws, Guidelines and or Rules must be submitted to the executive in writing seven (7) days prior to this meeting date to be considered for inclusion. Any submissions are to be forwarded to the SHCC Secretary by mail, email or other electronic methods.

Club members that are eligible to attend and vote at this meeting are also entitled to submit a vote by proxy for executive member elections if they are unable to attend this meeting in person.
